Does GharDesk collect rent from my tenants?
No. Payment goes directly between you and your tenant by cash, UPI or bank transfer. GharDesk records it, makes the receipt and tracks dues.
Can I record part payments and advance rent?
Yes. Part payments, advance months and a pro-rata first month are all supported.
How do I remind tenants who have not paid?
Open the dues list and tap once. WhatsApp opens with a ready message for that tenant, and the reminder is tracked.
How does it catch fake UPI screenshots?
GharDesk reads the transaction ID from the screenshot. On the Business plan you can upload your bank statement, and any ID missing from the bank is flagged.
Can I print or share receipts?
Yes. Share on WhatsApp or email, or print a clean A4 receipt with your letterhead.
