Pricing questions
How does per-tenant pricing work?
You pay only for tenants currently staying (minimum 10), times your plan rate, times the months you choose. Empty beds cost nothing. Save 5% on 3 months, 10% on 6 months and 15% on 12 months.
What is the minimum?
The minimum is 10 tenants. Empty beds are never counted.
Does GharDesk collect rent for me?
No. Payment goes directly from your tenant to you. GharDesk only records it and makes the receipt.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free and no card is needed.
Which plan has the bank statement check?
The Business plan. It cross-checks UPI transaction IDs against your bank statement and flags payments missing from your bank.
